Guidelines and FAQ's


Each studio reservation comes with a 15 minute pack-in and pack-out time. You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation and leave 15 minutes after your reservation time slot. If you exceed this grace period, you will be charged for the additional hour.

Each reservation includes one strobe light and modifier, trigger and receiver set, bluetooth speaker, a fan, and full use of our rotating props inventory.

Studio Guidelines

Leave the studio as you found it. Turn off all lights and triggers, return all props and furniture, and clean up any messes made during your reservation.

Any damaged backdrop paper will be charged at $3/foot. Damages to Cyc Wall will result in a $100 repainting fee.

We do not allow glitter in our studios. Any use of glitter will result in a cleaning fee.

All studios are equipped with curtains for privacy. However, our lobby and bathrooms are shared spaces. Please keep all personal belongings in your studio at all times.

Our studios are not sound proof. Please keep this in mind if plan to record, play music, or will be bringing a large group of guests.

For reservations of more than 10 guests, please contact us prior to booking. 

Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years or older to book.

Those between the ages of 15-17 may be in the studio without a parent/legal guardian with a signed contract on file. This contract must be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to your reservation start. Please contact us to get started.

Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of your studio reservation - no exceptions.

Pet Policy

Pets are more than welcome! Please keep your pets on-leash or in-hand until you are in your studio.

Credits and Loyalty Cards

Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of booking to receive your discount. To use a credit, please call (208) 917-7427 or email us at [email protected] with your date and time to book your reservation.

Refund Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation may be credited for their full amount to be used towards a later date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will not be credited.
